Epyré Paris is a friends association who work with local workshops in Paris and France to support qualified seamstresses. All our clothes and accessories are made in France (entirely handmade in the workshops we work with) in limited series from high-end quality luxury houses fabrics only. We produce under the principles of slow fashion and therefore do not produce any stock, every single piece is made-to-order for you with a possibility of small tailor-made adjustments if needed. The idea is to create Modern Essentials balancing highest product quality and strong ecological values while proving that locally produced, highly sustainable fashion products can be accessible to everyone.

PRICES

All the prices are given in Euros ( VAT excluded ) and are calculated as fairly as possible.

PAYMENT

The payments are made on the website by paypal or stripe and are done safely thanks to the two platforms. 

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

After your order you will receive a confirmation by email. Epyré Paris is working without any stock and every piece is made-to-order. The delay of our made to order production can vary between two days and two weeks, depending of the numbers of orders and of the overload of work. The maximal delay of the dispatch is 3 weeks from the day of the order (week-ends excluded).

All the orders are sent from France (location of the workshops). The orders are sent by DHL Express only. You will receive a mail the day of the dispatch by DHL Express with the tracking number of your order. We ship worldwide and the shipping fees are automatically calculated at the basket.

Custom duties taxes may apply outside Europe that are not part of our scope as we can not predict if you will have duty taxes nor the amounts.

DELIVERY INSURANCE 

Insurance is available to cover the full refund of your order in case of loss. This insurance costs 1% of the total value of your package for the orders over 1200€ and priced at 12€ for lower orders. If you want this insurance, you can ask it in the comments frame at the checkout or by e-mail at silja@epyre-paris.com .

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND

In accordance with the Disposition du Code de la consommation sur la vente à distance (articles L121-16 et suivants du Code de la consommation), the buyer has the right of withdrawal for any reason and will only have the return shipping fees at his charge. The law allows that the buyer has up to 14 days to do this, counting from the delivery of the product. If the deadline expires on a Saturday a Sunday or a bank holiday or other non-working day, it is extended on the next working day. Beyond this, Epyré Paris will be free to refuse the return or the refund. Your enquiries must be sent at silja@epyre-paris.com or via the form site.

The return or the exchange of the articles will only be accepted if the articles ordered are returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged. We do not accept returns for custom made pieces.

The products are returned at your own cost. It is also possible to send us back the product and asking for a adjustment.

Please note that all the pieces purchased in the “Ready to ship” section are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Cotton pieces : machine wash 40° maximum 

  • Velvet pieces : dry wash only

  • Silk pieces : dry wash only

  • Wool pieces : hand wash
